Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Computer: Proficiency in office computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Other Skills: High organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and team spirit.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the team.

Organize meetings and conferences and record minutes.

Manage correspondence and documents.

Prepare reports and analyses.

Coordinate with partners and donors.

Manage small projects.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
