Feminist knowledge leadership

The Peace Track Initiative (PTI) designed a Feminist Leadership Program for women leaders and men allies. The program includes: 

Soft skills on leadership: Self-presentation, Trauma based on work environment, resilience building, Inquiry based approach, non-violent communication, Conflict and problem solving, team building, power structures, designing the future. 
Advance Leadership Skills: this covers Gender and Conflict Analysis, Policy briefs and paper writing, Human Rights Training, Advocacy for Peace, Digital safety, Safeguarding, Combating Hate Speech, Women, Peace and Security Awareness, Climate Change concepts, and  Conflict Negotiation and Mediation. Coaching and mentoring to write and publish OpEds. 
Practical training and coaching and providing access to women leaders and men allies to international and regional decision making spaces and providing support to produce knowledge in different platforms such as a) delivering statements, b) submitting written statements. 
Institutional Capacity Strengthening: PTI implementing partners are provided with training on project management, financial reporting, safeguarding policy and code of conduct, developing MEAL plans, Digital Safety.
